Current Projects :

Mauritania

OSEAD and the Azizi Group (a Mauritanian industrial conglomerate, held by Ahmed Baba Ould Azizi, president of the Mauritanian Chamber of Commerce) signed in the summer of 2008, a first agreement relating to the exploration of 8 uranium licenses on more than 10 000 km² of land

The initial exploration and geophysical surveys enabled the verification of the presence of anomalous zones.

Our main target is in calcretes, superficial carbonated deposits containing uranium in the form of carnotite.

Spectrometric and geochemical studies are in progress, as to be able to confirm the most favorable zones.

Algeria

OSEAD completed a detailed geologic study in zones having a strong potential in uranium.

The long-term objective is to obtain licenses for the extraction of uranium, gold and copper in the defined exploration zones. A new subsidiary, OSEAD Algeria, will then be created.

OSEAD works in narrow collaboration with Geol Services in Algeria and maintains a privileged relationship with the ANPM.

Ivory Coast

OSEAD has entered into partnerships with SEMS exploration and SODEMI.

OSEAD holds a license of exploration in the Mount Goma (near Seguela) zone.

OSEAD is currently evaluating other opportunities concerning gold exploration and mining projects in several zones thought the country.

Niger

OSEAD
owns two gold exploration permits in the area of Tera and Manda.

OSEAD will built a reprocessing plant for small mines
