Presentation of Osead



HISTORY

OSEAD is a French mining company, majority owned by investment funds managed by Truffle Capital and minority owned by other investors including investment funds managed by Development Partners International (London).

The company was founded in October 2006, with the main objective of developing innovative processes for the extraction of hydrocarbons, in conjunction with the exploration and the exploitation of mineral deposits.

MISSION
OSEAD’s med-term objective is to concentrate its activity in mineral exploration and production in Africa, and thus to become a “junior” mining company, with a leadership position in the fields of innovation, development, exploration and production for strategic mineral resources. .

ACTIVITIES
Innovation: Research work and operation of ore treatment processes
Exploration: Prospection activities in Africa and Europe
Production: Lead, silver and zinc ore extraction in Morocco.
