Jean François FOURT - President and CEO

Founder and Director General of Truffle Capital, serial entrepreneur, Fellow of Royal Society of Arts and Director of several European companies. Founder and president of OSEAD, he also heads OSEAD Morocco Mining, and OSEAD Mining Ivory Coast. He is also a member of Gas of France’s spin-off committee and EDEN, was councilor for ABN Amro in the 1990s and for several Fortune 500 companies. He was also the founder of Innovative Trade Resources, in San Francisco.

Frédéric TONA - Company Administrator

Holder of a Doctorate in geological engineering of the University Pierre and Marie Curia in Paris, he joined the Commissariat à l' Énergie Atomique as Uranium geologist in 1974. In 1980, he becomes Exploration Manager of Amok (subsidiary of COGEMA (now AREVA) in Canada), then Director of the Exploration of COGEMA from 1986 to 1992. In 1996, he takes over the management of COGEMA’s operations in Pierrelatte (Drome), before becoming chairman of COMURHEX (subsidiary of AREVA). In 2002, he is named Director of the Mine-Chemistry-Enrichment division of AREVA and is a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. TONA left AREVA in 2005 and is now an administrator of companies like ERAMET, SOMAIR, COMINAK, IMOURAREN SA.

Dominique MICHEL - Company Administrator

Former President of OSEAD SAS, Doris Development Canada Ltd, and Oceanide Inc., he was also Vice-Président de Dietswell. Furthermore, since 2004, Mr. MICHEL was President of the Groupement des Entreprises Pétrolières de France «GEP», whose members include the biggest oil, companies in France such as TOTAL, Maurel and Prom, etc. Mr. MICHEL spent the largest part of his career within CG Doris, which specializes in the construction of offshore oil projects, and subsequently became Doris Engineering in 1986. The company manages the construction of offshore oil projects. Mr. MICHEL received the Emile Girardeau scientific prize of the Académie Française de Marine in 2002 and is also a Chevalier of the Legion of Honnour.
